The short version

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or sign-up forms. Our fonts and images are served from the site itself, not from third parties. If you choose the light or dark theme with the button in the page header, your browser remembers that choice on your own device (in local storage). It is a single word, it is not a cookie, and it is never sent to us.

What we receive

• Server logs. Like any website, our hosting provider records technical details of each request (such as IP address, browser type and time) to keep the site running and secure.
• Messages you send us. If you email us at info@canontechventures.com, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.

What we do with it

We use it to answer you, to run and protect the site, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Who sees it

Our hosting and email providers process it on our behalf. Our AI agents may read and draft replies to messages you send, under a person's supervision.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Use the details on the contact page. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, and we will honour them.
